I have no hesitation in recommending Rahoran Ltd and have engaged with them for further plans we are working on. Throughout our recent project the team were very professional, approachable and maintained a high level of workmanship, whilst finishing within the timeframes given at the start.

We appointed Rahorn to build an extension to our existing
surgery. The challenge was to complete the extension which
integrated with the existing building and still maintain a full
range of services for our patients.
Stephen Kirkpatrick of Rahorn project managed the complete
building works. It ran to time and with minimal
inconvenience to our patients. We impressed by the level of
commitment and quality of workmanship.

Rusks Restaurant
"We greatly appreciate the planning and detail that Stephen at Rahoran went to, to help create a whole new restaurant appearance.
With a tight time-scale, Stephen and his team at Rahoran were able to work efficiently at manufacturing a new bar laylout, new lighting, kitchen extension and creating two new office spaces.
The transformation has helped the business grow and it couldn't have been done without Stephens ambition and advice.
We would highly recommend Rahoran Ltd as the results are outstanding!"

We have had the pleasure of working with Stephen Kirkpatrick, in his role of Site Foreman (for Tracey Bros) on the University of Dundee‘s Centre of Translational and Interdisciplinary Research (renamed ‘The Discovery Centre’).
The project involved complex detailing and coordination of construction technologies, including an ETFE roof, glulam beams, post-tensioned concrete, pre-cast concrete stairs, extensive ground and external works, bespoke perforated metal cladding panels and interfaces with two existing buildings, in which Stephen made an exceptional contribution.
The project was successfully constructed in a live university environment with minimal disruption, due to excellent liaison with adjacent users and H&S Team, and site management.
As a proactive Site Foreman, Stephen brought to the project excellent problem solving and construction knowledge, through his experience from other projects.
Stephen worked well with the design team and sub-contractors to resolve complex issues and his attention to detail resulted in a high quality finish throughout the project.

Coady Partnership Architects - Attention to detail was excellent
Coady Partnership Architects are the Archtects responsible for overseeing the construction of the ICT Hub at NUI Maynooth, due for completion in May 2015. The project consists of new 8,000m2 multidepartment building for the University, focusing on Information Communication Technology.
Stephen Kirkpatrick acted as assistant site manager for the first year of the project. We found Stephen’s attention to detail excellent. He foresaw issues allowing the team adequate time to develop solutions. Stephen was easy to deal with and engaged actively with the project and would have no hesitation recommending him.
